Painting Contractor Blogs and House Painter Blogs

painters blog

Painting contractors look for blogs for a variety of reasons. This blog at the Academy for Professional Painting Contractors is exclusively devoted to business-growth topics such as marketing, sales, time management, advertising, hiring, recruiting, and all things that help owners grow a more profitable painting business.

While you are here, check out the articles, videos, audio programs, and the free report, CD, and video training that’s available to you on this very page.

Here are four painting contractor blogs I recommend you check out:

Painter’s Weekly – This blog only focuses on increasing the profitability of your painting company through effective sales, targeted marketing, out-of-thebox hiring, and non-traditional operational methods. You won’t find much technical information or “how to paint topics” related to craftsmanship. However, if you’re looking for a painting contractor blog focused on the “business end” of your painting business, this is a great source. You can click here to subscribe – it’s free.

The Academy for Professional Painting Contractors Bloghttps://www.paintersacademy.com/free-articles/

100% business-growth oriented content with little or no technical painting information.

Blogging Paintershttps://bloggingpainters.com/

This blog is ran by the estimable Chris Haught and archives great content for painting contractors on many aspects of the painting industry.

APC Magazinehttps://www.paintmag.com/eNewsletter

While it isn’t technically a blog, it contains great articles for house painters and painting professionals.

Paint Quality Institutehttps://blog.paintquality.com/

Focused primarily on the technical side of coatings and a great source for the knowledge-hungry craftsman.

If you’re looking for helpful content, these four painting blogs should whet your appetite.

However, if you’re more interested in a deep-dive into the inner workings of what makes the nation’s most profitable painting contractors successful, I’d recommend requesting the free written report, CD, and video training series on this page.

Have 100 year old log cabin. Contractor painted ceiling with SW ceiling paint with emulsifier additive. Paint is peeling off in big pieces down to original coat. Never had issue prior to current. Has anyone had issues with emulsifier paint additive? Is there somewhere to have chip tested?

We focus on helping painting contractors grow revenue and profits by improving their business systems. I think you may be in the wrong place to solve your posted problem. My advice would be to contact your paint store and ask their advice. Good luck! BL

Environmental Protection: Painting preserves the interior and exterior surfaces through its protective coat. Painting your home will slow down the wear and tear process and protect your walls from the damaging effects of extreme weather effects. All this is possible if done via a professional painter.

“Our first campaign reached $60,041.98! That's a huge percentage of our annual sales! You don't pick the peach orchard just one time. Different peaches ripen every day. Thanks for encouraging us to keep after it!”

“15 requests for quotes and closed and/or completed $23,000 of work and I still have a few more to do. Conservatively this campaign will net $25,000 in found money in the first 45 days! Thanks Brandon!”

“This year has been the biggest year of growth for us. We're double where we were last year. I realized the real money in this business is in the marketing of the services - not the doing of the services.”
